We love our customers and stand behind the quality of our products. Because of the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetics, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than a damaged or incorrect item.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please follow the instructions below to initiate a replacement.
HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS (U.S. ORDERS ONLY)

- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A short description of the issue
If your request is approved, we’ll ship a replacement item at no extra charge. Please note: replacement requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are unable to process international returns or replacements.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.
